IWC Service Model

We use a team approach to client satisfaction. By following the IWC Service Model, premium service is delivered. The model consists of a team of three people, each playing an integral role, focusing on client needs, expectations, and business goals.

Executive Management: the primary focal point with overall responsibility for the business relationship. Working closely with members of the IWC team, this individual ensures milestones and deliverables are met and client satisfaction remains high. Executive management plays a strategic role in communicating the necessary planning exercises to ensure IWC continues to provide services that are in "lock step" with client needs.

Program Manager: IWC's senior-most project manager who is responsible for overseeing service delivery for all initiatives,  ensuring client expectations are met. The program manager directs complex activities including project initiation and budget, methodology, contract administration, staff management, issue resolution, scope management, and quality of deliverables.

Senior Architect: the technical complement to the program manager who makes certain all solutions are sound from a technology standpoint. The senior architect understands and translates client business problems into innovative technical solutions, and serves as a leader and role model to the technical team.
